Camp centres

Seinäjoki youth services manages two camp centres, Kesäsiirtola and the Isosaari camp centre. Seinäjoki’s Kesäsiirtola is a camp centre located on the shore of Lake Kuorasjärvi (Hiidenniementie 84, 61170 Sääskiniemi), where the youth services’ own camps are organized in June–July. Kesäsiirtola is available for private individuals, associations and companies to book in May and in August–September.

The Isosaari camp centre is located on the banks of the Seinäjoki River, about 9 km from the city centre (Leiritie 67). Isosaari can be booked for the entire summer season, from May until the end of September.

NOTE! Full payment will be charged for non-cancelled reservations. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the reservation will be billed for the costs incurred from the reservation.

Kesäsiirtola camp centre:

Kesäsiirtola has a main building with an institutional kitchen and dining facilities. The dormitory has sleeping accommodation for approximately 60 people, and the terraced house building for about 15 people. The sauna building includes, in addition to the large sauna, a changing room, toilet and a lounge with a fireplace. The outbuilding has biodegradable composting toilets. The Kesäsiirtola area includes a beach, a barbecue area and a sports field.

Children’s camps are held at Kesäsiirtola in June and July. Private individuals, companies and associations can book the camp centre for their use in May and in August and September.

Isosaari camp centre

The camp centre includes a main building and a sauna for about 6 people. The main building has dining facilities for about 25 people and a kitchen. Overnight stays are possible by bringing your own mattresses.

The Isosaari camp centre can be booked by private individuals, companies and associations for the summer season from May until the end of September.
