Youth service centre

Full payment will be charged for reservations that are not cancelled. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will be charged for the costs incurred by the reservation!

Reservations in the Timmi booking system are marked with colors. If a space’s block is fully colored, it means it is reserved; colored slots cannot be used to plan reservations.

The youth service centre houses the office of Seinäjoki city youth services and the Seinäjoki 4H association. The youth office is open on weekdays from 9:00 to 15:00.

Hall

Paid events: 50 euros/hour Training and meeting use: 40 euros/hour Capacity: auditorium for 190 people

Located on the second floor of the youth center. The hall is suitable for various public events and large meetings. The space can be used for theatre and dance performances.

Technical equipment: AV equipment, sound system, 7×4 m projection screen and theatre lighting. Lighting and sound technicians must be provided by the event organizer.

Cafeteria

Price: 20 euros/hour

Located on the second floor of the youth center. The cafeteria is suitable for various celebratory events and larger meetings. The cafeteria and hall are adjacent, so catering for public events can be conveniently handled in the cafeteria. The kitchen is located in the same space.

Capacity: meetings 20 people, without tables the space accommodates approximately 40 people.

Equipment: On the kitchen side a full set of coffee cups and saucers, coffee makers, oven, American-style fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

Mirrored studio

Price: 15 euros/hour Capacity: approximately 20 dancers

Located on the first floor of the youth service centre. Suitable as a dance studio, the walls have large mirrors and ballet barres.

Size: floor area approximately 41 square metres, height 3.40 metres.

Basement meeting room (scout room)

Price: 15 euros/hour

Located in the youth centre’s basement. Suitable for meetings and as a gathering space for clubs and groups.

Size: floor area approximately 50 square metres, height 2.05 metres.

Capacity: Meetings etc. about 20 people.
