Data Protection

The EU’s General Data Protection Regulation is applied throughout the European Union. The aim of the Regulation is to strengthen the rights of the individual, improve the protection of personal data and increase the transparency of data processing for the data subjects (customers).

Seinäjoki city follows the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation as well as national privacy legislation, such as the Privacy Protection Act.
