Nature trails and fitness tracks
Fitness tracks and nature trails in Seinäjoki are freely available for public use. In summer, they can be used for walking, running, and cycling, while in winter some tracks are prepared as cross-country skiing trails. There are also campfire shelters along the routes, and some of the trails are accessible for all users.
Outdoor gyms and fitness stations
Outdoor gyms and fitness stations are freely available for residents, and everyone trains at their own risk. Opening hours are daily from 7:00 to 22:00. No winter maintenance is provided.

Swimming Hall / Sports Centre
The Swimming Hall/Sports centre includes a swimming pool, gym, martial arts hall, dance and gymnastics hall, ball games hall, and meeting rooms.

Physical activity consultation is individualized health promotion and part of lifestyle guidance. It is intended for people of all ages, especially those who do not get enough physical activity for their health and well-being.

Traffic and Fiilis Park
The Traffic Park and Fiilis Park are open during the summer. In the children’s traffic park, children under the age of 12 can learn traffic rules and enjoy riding pedal cars safely. Fiilis Park is a free equipment rental service open to everyone, located next to the Traffic Park.
