What do you do? How many people work here?
We are a responsible international food company whose main product and passion is good food. Our company is one of the largest food industry companies in Northern Europe. We have production and personnel in Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Estonia. Our operations are largest in Finland, where we develop, manufacture and market food products and related services. We employ a total of approximately 3 700 professionals, of whom about 2 500 work in Finland.
What kinds of roles/tasks do you have?
The chain of good food requires many experienced professionals from different fields, those just beginning their career paths, and students from various disciplines.
As a large company we can offer many opportunities at different stages of a career. For food industry professionals, e.g. in production, product development and food safety, we have many different tasks. There is also work in a large company beyond food. In an industrial large-scale operating environment we have diverse tasks for multi-skilled professionals in logistics, engineering and technology. Things would not run without professionals in sales, marketing, finance, IT and communications either. HR experts take care of personnel development and the well-being of work communities and employees. Professionals in our staff restaurants and the healthcare team of our occupational health clinic also contribute to promoting well-being. Successful business is run through the teamwork of a very broad and versatile cast of contributors.
How many new professionals do you hire annually/in the coming years?
For seasonal and summer jobs in production we employ approx. 700–800 workers annually. In total, including employee and clerical positions, we carry out about one thousand recruitments per year.

At a food company, of course people eat well! As a food company we offer a variety of benefits from our products, both as meals during the workday and as affordable food purchases to take home.
