What kinds of different roles/tasks do you have?
Comprehensive design services (mechanical and equipment, plant, electrical automation, building services, safety, robotics, technical calculations, etc.), embedded systems (electronics, cyber and embedded software), testing laboratory services (accredited EMC and environmental testing, battery testing, HVAC testing, Compliance, etc.), digitalization (IoT, cloud, web, mobile, data analytics, etc.) as well as technical information (content production, document management, digital solutions, etc.).
How many new professionals do you recruit annually/in the coming years?
Hundreds at the group level, 10+ in the local area.
