City Hall information point

The Seinäjoki City Hall information point, Seinäjoki-info, is open to the public from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Ohjaamo (Youth guidance centre)

Ohjaamo is a free service aimed at people under 30, where you can get information, support and advice on, for example, education, employment, well-being, and everyday matters.

Digital assistance

The city offers residents digital assistance in using devices such as smartphones, computers or tablets. Digital assistance is available at the library, Toimintojentalo, and the adult education centre.

Seinäjoki Adult Education Centre (Kansalaisopisto)

At the beginning of the autumn and January semesters, immigrants can receive personal guidance on course offerings and registration at the Adult Education Centre’s Immigrant Info. Throughout the academic year, immigrants also have access to the Seinäjoki Adult Education Centre’s guidance services for help related to courses or studies.

Multi-service libraries

The multi-service libraries in Ylistaro and Peräseinäjoki provide guidance on matters related to Kela (the Finnish social insurance institution).

Toimintojentalo

Toimintojentalo, known as Toimari, is a multifunctional community centre that, in addition to the work coaching centre and meeting place, organises events and offers several everyday services. The centre is open for informal visits and job titles are left at the cloakroom.
