Järjestötalo is managed by Yhteisöjen Yhdistys ry, which has a total of 74 member organizations. The purpose of the Association of Communities is to promote the health, mental, physical and social well‑being of people in the South Ostrobothnia region.

Experience and Peer Support Workers Association (Kokemus- ja vertaistoimijat ry)

Kokemus- ja vertaistoimijat ry aims to promote mental well-being and support opportunities for a substance‑free life. The association operates a low‑threshold meeting place called Olkkari.

The core values of Olkkari are equality, non‑stigmatisation, client‑centredness and being heard.

The association supports peer activities by enabling the formation of peer groups and maintains the work of trained experiential experts in the field. The association is not affiliated with any religious or political organisations.

Kris South Ostrobothnia (Kris Etelä-Pohjanmaa)

Kris Etelä-Pohjanmaa ry is a peer support organisation for people with a background related to substance use and crime.

You can receive support through peer discussions if you wish. We can assess your situation and provide assistance. There is staff available to support you.

FinFami South Ostrobothnia (FinFami Etelä-Pohjanmaa ry)

FinFami Etelä-Pohjanmaa ry is an organisation supporting families and close ones of people with mental health challenges. Through our activities, we promote the well‑being, quality of life and everyday coping of relatives and loved ones of people experiencing mental health issues.

Finnish Red Cross (Suomen Punainen Risti)

The Red Cross District of Western Finland includes 56 active local branches with a wide range of volunteer groups implementing the mission and activities of the Finnish Red Cross.

The Finnish Red Cross offers opportunities to participate in volunteer work and friendship activities. It operates second‑hand shops, provides victim support services, and works in the field of migrant support as well as first aid and health services. In addition, the Finnish Red Cross offers food assistance.

4H Organization

The 4H organization is a nationwide youth and civic organisation that is politically and religiously non‑aligned. It encourages entrepreneurship and cooperation, promotes respect for nature and the environment, supports the development of practical and everyday skills, and fosters internationalisation and understanding of different cultures.

Mannerheim League for Child Welfare (MLL)

Mannerheim League for Child Welfare (MLL) has been promoting the well‑being and participation of children, young people and families with children in society for over 100 years.

South Ostrobothnia’s Work Integration for Immigrants Service ry (WIISE) is a member-based organisation whose aim is to develop and maintain a positive ecosystem in South Ostrobothnia—an environment in which immigrants and people moving to the region can succeed, integrate into working life and settle into everyday life.
