Integration plan

When you are a client of TyöLakeus, your personal coach will prepare an integration plan together with you. The plan may include, for example, studies, job search, goals, services and job search obligations.

The integration period begins when your first integration plan is drawn up. The integration period usually lasts two years.

Assessment of Skills and Integration Service Needs

As a client of TyöLakeus, you will take part in an interview in which your education and work history, language skills, and other factors affecting your integration and employment are reviewed. The interview also determines which services will best support your integration and employment.
