What do you do? How many people work for you?
POP Pankki Kurikan Osuuspankki is part of the POP Bank group. We have a total of 50 employees working in five different branches in Kurikka, Tampere, Seinäjoki Ideapark, Jämijärvi and in the digital branch serving customers online, POP Online. The Tampere branch also includes our real estate agency, POP Kotikauppa. We have been praised for our fast, professional and cheerful service, which was objectively Finland’s best (Epsi Rating) in 2022 according to both private and corporate customers.
POP Seinäjoki Ideapark opened in 2020. The branch is staffed mainly by eight employees who serve both private and corporate customers.
What kinds of positions/tasks do you have?
Our bank has a variety of roles, all of which are customer-oriented. A customer manager handles lending, saving and investing as well as daily banking services, focusing either on private or corporate customers. A sales assistant manages the background work related to loans, assists customer managers and specialists, and participates in daily banking tasks. Specialists in different areas support the business. All roles are versatile and our bank offers excellent opportunities for development and influence.
How many new professionals do you hire annually/in the coming years?
We are a growing and developing bank. In recent years we have hired an average of three people per year.
