What do you do? How many people do you employ?
We move seamlessly between the physical and digital worlds, and we offer an internationally unique combination of human-centered software and product development expertise. Together we can build meaningful digital services and innovative products that last into tomorrow — and beyond. We have 500 employees.
What kinds of roles/tasks do you have?
Mechanical designers (+100), industrial designers (<20), structural analysts (<10), project managers (<20), documentation specialists (+20), and in addition e.g. software designers, automation designers, electrical designers, cybersecurity experts and much more. We do product design from scissors to space satellites.
How many new specialists do you hire annually/in the coming years?
At company level +/- 30 people, locally as needed and approx. 2–3 per year.
