What do you do? How many people do you employ?
Caplan Oy offers its client companies in industry technology solutions that include automation and mechanical design as comprehensive services. Currently we employ a total of 24 people.
What kinds of roles/tasks do you have?
Most of our staff are either mechanical or automation designers, but we also have a structural analyst and a project engineer. Tasks include various design assignments, technical calculations, simulation, and duties related to sales and marketing.
How many new professionals do you hire annually/in the coming years?
In recent years we’ve hired about 3–5 people per year and in the future we expect that pace to grow.
