What do you do? How many people do you employ?
Our group includes the following companies: Suomen Helakeskus Oy and Helatukku Finland Oy, KVS Valaistussuunnittelu Oy and MP-Tietosovellukset Oy. Suomen Helakeskus Oy and Helatukku Finland Oy are among the largest in their field in Finland. Helatukku is a wholesaler based in Seinäjoki that supplies construction and furniture fittings to thousands of customers. Suomen Helakeskus is a wholesale company specializing in the import and services of fittings, founded in 1971.
KVS Valaistussuunnittelu Oy is a consulting and advisory wholesaler specialized in lighting and electrical systems. MP-Tietosovellukset Oy is a Finnish software company. At our core are enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, integrations between them and other business support software, and customized software solutions for the needs of SMEs as well as wholesale and retail businesses.
HTF Group has approximately 70 employees.
What kinds of roles/tasks do you have?
Technical salesperson, sales management, purchasing department, finance department, marketing, warehouse and logistics, and production related to lighting products, luminaires and reflectors.
How many new professionals do you recruit annually/in the coming years?
The construction side has slowed hiring a bit. Normally, depending on growth, several hires; upcoming retirements in the next few years will also require new recruitments.

Turnover is practically zero. There is an open-door policy — you can talk about anything with supervisors and management. The company organizes great celebrations for the staff; employees get to know each other outside work and become committed. Strong team spirit.
