Exertus Oy is a partner for machine and equipment manufacturers in automation and digitalization. We design and manufacture modern control systems as well as related software and components for the needs of various work machines and associated devices. Our products and services cover the entire chain from electronics design to programming and lifecycle management of systems. Our operations are based on our standard products, but we are also happy to create customer-specific tailored solutions when needed.
We currently employ around 50 professionals and our operations have been continuously expanding, offering interesting work opportunities for new talent.
What kinds of roles/tasks do you have?
Most of our employees are engineers or M.Sc. engineers with education in computer science or automation engineering. About half of our technical staff work in product development or product management roles and the other half work on international customer projects. In addition, we have positions in finance, sales and marketing.
How many new professionals do you hire annually/over the next few years?
During the current year we have increased our staff by about ten percent, and growth appears set to continue in the future.
